About Us

The Del Harbor Foundation was formed to contribute to the general welfare of society by providing assistance to persons residing in California who have developmental disabilities or are at risk of developmental delays or disabilities and their families. The specific purpose of Del Harbor is to facilitate and augment the coordination of services and programs of Harbor Regional Center or which benefits clients of the Harbor Regional Center, which aids and assists the developmentally disabled. Del Harbor began operations in December 2009.
